What is ShortEase?
Our patent pending undershorts are designed for insulin-dependent diabetics with tethered insulin pumps. They feature discreet pockets and tubing accesss, allowing you to wear your pump comfortably under dresses and skirts.
How do the pockets and tubing access features work?
The shorts have two secure pockets for your insulin pump–the inner thigh one for tight dresses and the front thigh one for loose ones–along with a tubing access gap to keep everything discreet.
Are the shorts compatible with all insulin pumps?
The ShortEase undershorts are designed to fit the tethered insulin pumps available on the U.S. market. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@pocketease.com
How do I use the shorts with my tethered insulin pump?
Simply place the pump in one of the pockets, pass the tubing through the access gap and you’re ready to go.
How do I care for and wash my ShortEase?
Handwash or machine wash in gentle cycle using cold water (using a lingerie bag is best but not necessary). Air dry is best (it dries quickly). Avoid bleach.
Can I sleep in the shorts?
Yes! The ShortEase shorts are perfect for sleeping, offering a safe and secure place for your insulin pump and tubing under nightgowns or sleep shirts.
Can I use the shorts to carry other things?
Absolutely! The ShortEase pockets are perfect for storing passports, cash, your smartphone (except XXS) and can also accomodate other medical devices as well.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Shipping to Canada is $20, and international shipping is available for a flat rate of $25. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders, both domestic and international. This allows us to keep shipping costs low and pass those savings on to you.
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

International orders may take 1-2 weeks, but in rare cases, it could take up to 6–8 weeks depending on customs or local delays. Please contact hello@pocketease.com before placing your order if you need expedited shipping.
Please note that international orders may require additional duty/customs tax depending on the country of destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard US shipping with minimum purchase of $100 — no coupon code needed. The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout when your cart reaches the minimum.

What is your return and exchange policy?
At Pocketease, your satisfaction is our priority. If your ShortEase shorts aren’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help with an easy return or exchange process.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds are issued for the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Please email hello@pocketease.com to start your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exchanges
• Need a different size? We’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
• Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• We’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement item for U.S. orders.
• Limit one exchange per order.

International Orders
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

What if my shorts are damaged or defective?
We personally inspect each of our shorts prior to shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@pocketease.com

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
