Isabelle Leong

Hi! I’m Isabelle, the founder of Pocketease. After seeing a close family member manage life with insulin-dependent diabetes, I became deeply aware of the daily challenges that come with the condition—especially the added complexity of wearing a tethered insulin pump. Inspired by those experiences, I set out to create something that blends fashion with function.

Using my background in fashion and apparel technical design, I developed our first product: ShortEase undershorts. They’re designed specifically for women who wear dresses or skirts and need a discreet, comfortable way to carry their insulin pump. Whether you’re dressing for a special event, everyday errands, or even a restful night, ShortEase offers a secure pocketing system with tubing pass-throughs that help you feel stylish, confident, and free.

At Pocketease, our mission is to design diabetes-friendly clothing that empowers women to embrace their personal style without having to compromise their health or convenience. Every piece is thoughtfully created to support women with insulin pumps—whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing Type 1 diabetes for years.
